I like this sonic evolution. Dom still has the quirky sounds with some intermittent noise and artifact type stuff, but it’s all presented in a much more hi-fi way, plus the song is pretty cool. Well done Mr. Vernhes.
Dom’s new 5-song EP dropped today, a daydreamer’s assortment of napping-in-the-park pop—not too radical a departure from the last time we checked in on him.
He plays with Deer Tick this Thursday at NYC’s Pier 54, at the last concert of the River Rocks series. And..for daydreamer wallets..it’s FREE!
